Tatiano is a Nigerian-focused discussion community created to inform, educate, connect, and empower users through responsible conversations and resource sharing. By registering and participating on this forum, you agree to follow the rules below.

1. FORUM OVERVIEW

Tatiano is a multi-category discussion platform covering Nigerian and African news, politics, business, economy, technology, education, entertainment, sports, lifestyle, relationships, health, religion, marketplace services, and downloads/resources including WordPress materials.

Our goal is to maintain a safe, respectful, and valuable community for everyone.

2. GENERAL COMMUNITY RULES

• English is the primary language on Tatiano. Posts should be written clearly and properly. Avoid excessive slang, ALL CAPS, or poorly structured content.
• Members must treat one another with respect. Insults, harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, or abusive behavior toward other members or moderators are not allowed.
• You are fully responsible for any content you post. Do not submit content that is illegal, defamatory, misleading, abusive, sexually explicit, religiously inciting, or that promotes violence or unlawful activity.
• Moderators reserve the right to edit, move, lock, or delete any content at any time without notice. Accounts may be warned, suspended, or permanently banned for rule violations.

3. POSTING AND THREAD GUIDELINES

• Always post in the correct category. Threads created in the wrong section may be moved or removed.
• Do not post duplicate content. Always search the forum before starting a new thread.
• Thread titles must be clear and descriptive. Avoid clickbait, misleading titles, or spam-style formatting.

4. SPAM, PROMOTION, AND LINKS

• Spamming is strictly prohibited. This includes promoting websites, blogs, forums, WhatsApp groups, Telegram channels, or social media pages either directly or indirectly. This rule applies to posts, signatures, profiles, and private messages.
• External links must add value to the discussion. Links that require forced registration, paid access, misleading redirects, or suspicious downloads are not allowed.
• Affiliate or referral links are allowed only when they genuinely benefit users, such as discounts or required referral access. Ad shorteners, multiple redirects, or deceptive linking methods are not permitted. Abuse of affiliate links may lead to penalties.

• Only genuine products and services may be advertised. Scams, fraud, Ponzi schemes, or misleading offers will result in immediate bans.
• Tatiano is not responsible for transactions conducted between members.

8. DOWNLOADS AND RESOURCES

• All shared resources must be clean, safe, and functional. Malware, phishing files, leaked databases, cracked accounts, or stolen private data are strictly prohibited.
• Do not falsely label resources as viruses or malware without valid technical proof.
• Resources must be freely accessible within forum rules. Do not require users to send private messages to access downloads.

9. WARNINGS AND PENALTIES

• Minor violations may result in warning points. Repeated or serious violations may lead to temporary suspension or permanent bans.
• Instant bans may occur for spamming on first post, scams or fraud, multiple accounts, hate speech, threats, or illegal content distribution.
